The hotel has a great location near various eateries and attractions like Knotts Berry Farm and the Long Beach Freeway. The rooms look nice but might not be worth the high price, especially considering issues like a smoky smell and limited amenities. Despite this, the service was friendly with staff willing to address concerns promptly. The dining options were underwhelming, offering only basic items like fruit and granola bars. However, the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, the location and service were the standout features of my stay, but the value for money could be improved.

The hotel offers a clean and neat room with a functional kitchen, though located next to the air conditioning exit for the whole 2nd floor. The service was lacking in friendliness and honesty, especially from the female General Manager, who did not return our deposit without valid reasons and even requested an early checkout offer. The central location was ideal for work but had noise disruptions from neighboring guests. The dining experience was satisfactory for the price paid, offering basic options. The facilities were average overall.
